- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- sesame seeds for garnish
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
