- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced

- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, rice, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Stir in chopped turkey bacon before serving.
