Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, diced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, diced mushrooms, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined and shape the mixture into a loaf.
Place the meatloaf in a greased baking dish.

Meanwhile, prepare the gravy by sautéing remaining mushrooms in a skillet until browned.
