- 4 pounds beef ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the beef ribs in a large baking dish and cover with the sauce mixture, ensuring ribs are well coated.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the foil and broil the ribs for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- You can also cook the ribs on a grill after baking for a smoky finish.
