- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, and sear them in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the steak and serve it topped with the garlic cream sauce and garnished with parsley.
