- 2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Pat the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the butter until melted and sizzling.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and thyme; stir well and let simmer for 3-4 minutes, until thickened.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
- Serve hot, drizzled with garlic cream sauce.

- For added flavor, marinate the steaks in your favorite seasoning for a few hours before cooking.
