Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup milk

1 cup brown sugar
2 cups hot water
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar with hot water until dissolved.
