Ingredients
2 pounds flank steak
1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
Place the flank steak in the slow cooker.
Top with sliced onion and bell peppers.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture over the steak.
Pour in beef broth and lime juice.
