- 2 pounds flank steak
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Cut the flank steak into strips and season with black pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the steak on both sides.
- Transfer the steak to the slow cooker.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the cooker.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over the steak and vegetables.
- Set the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
