- 3 pounds beef brisket
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place the brisket in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
- Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the sauce drizzled on top.
