Ingredients

  • 12 ounces ziti pasta
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the diced turkey bacon until crispy. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a slow cooker, combine the cooked ziti, turkey bacon, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until heated through and cheeses are melted.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or bell peppers.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
