A delicious and rich seafood pasta dish combining the flavors of crawfish, crab, and shrimp, perfect for any seafood lover.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound crawfish tails
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes, followed by the crawfish, crab, and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine, allowing the pasta to absorb the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
  • Garlic bread pairs well with this seafood pasta.
