- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the crawfish, crab meat, and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Mix in the cooked linguine and toss to coat.
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For an extra kick, add more red pepper flakes to taste.
