  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts or dried fruits, if using.
  4. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
