Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes, then layer them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, sour cream, cheese, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the potato layers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
