Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, green bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
