Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, provolone cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
