Ingredients

  • 1 loaf garlic bread
  • 1 pound beef steak
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the beef steak to the skillet and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the garlic bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
