- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cooked pasta (like penne or ziti)
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and cook until the vegetables are softened.
