Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups pecans, chopped

  5. While the cheesecake is baking, mix chopped pecans with corn syrup and sugar in a bowl.
  6. After 50 minutes, remove the cheesecake from the oven, top it with the pecan mixture, and return it to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
