- 1 head cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Place a scoop of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Arrange the cabbage rolls in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the turkey is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to bake.
