- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
- Once noodles are cooked, return chicken to the skillet and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
