- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish, then add the cooked turkey and crumbled bacon.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
