- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 8 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add diced chicken ham and cooked cabbage, stir well.
- In a large baking dish, layer the cabbage mixture and top with diced tomatoes, cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes.
- This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
