- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add chopped cabbage, diced chicken ham, and seasonings. Cook until cabbage is tender.
- Layer the mixture in a casserole dish, adding turkey bacon and cheese between layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
