- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking.
