- 2 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the honey garlic mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
