- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve immediately with your choice of side dishes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Best served with rice or steamed vegetables.
