- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar (16 oz) maraschino cherries, well drained and chopped
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 container (16 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the chopped macadamia nuts on a baking sheet for 4-6 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix, crushed pineapple with its juice, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Fold in the maraschino cherries, marshmallows, whipped topping, and toasted macadamia nuts until fully incorporated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with additional whipped cream, nuts, and cherries if desired.

- For a less sweet version, use unsweetened whipped cream and add 1-2 teaspoons of coconut extract for flavor.
