- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey with diced onion and minced garlic until the turkey is browned.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
- Top with the cooked turkey mixture and half of the cheese.
- Add the remaining potatoes and pour the beef broth over the top.
- Crisp the turkey bacon in the same skillet, then scatter over the casserole.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
