- 2 bone-in ribeye steaks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and softened butter.
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Brush the steaks with olive oil before placing them on the grill.
