- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon the garlic and herb butter mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
