- 1 tomahawk steak
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Season the tomahawk steak with salt and black pepper.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add garlic and thyme, cook until fragrant.
- Place the steak on the grill and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the steak during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
