Ingredients
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until the steak is browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked steak back into the skillet and coat with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
