- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle and gently pulling the meat out.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the sauce, mixing thoroughly.
- Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Make sure the lobster tails are thawed completely if using frozen ones.
