- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce for an extra kick.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
