- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bacon, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the turkey mixture into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
