Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bacon, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
