Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions and bell peppers over medium heat until they are softened.
