Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions and bell peppers over medium heat until they are softened.
