Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and mixed vegetables, cooking until heated through.
  4. Push the shrimp and vegetables to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs, scrambling them until fully cooked.
  5. Combine everything in the skillet and add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Stir well to mix all ingredients and heat through.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
