Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chicken and shrimp, cooking until fully cooked.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Push the ingredients to one side of the pan, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble.
  6. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
