- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion. Drain excess fat.
- In a large crockpot, layer the cabbage, cooked beef mixture, diced tomatoes, and uncooked rice.
- In a bowl, combine beef broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the rice and cabbage are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
