- 1 head cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Layer half of the cabbage at the bottom of the Crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked turkey bacon (chopped), rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the turkey mixture over the cabbage layer.
- Top with the remaining cabbage and pour beef broth over the entire mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the cabbage is tender.
Notes
- Add cheese on top before serving for extra flavor.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
