- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- In a large crockpot, combine chopped cabbage, onion, and turkey bacon.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme. Pour over the cabbage mixture.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the cabbage is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles and stir to combine.
- Cook until noodles are tender, then serve and enjoy!
