Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
  3. Add the onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Transfer the turkey mixture to the Crock Pot.
  5. Add the beef broth, elbow macaroni, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning to the Crock Pot.
  6. Stir to combine and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  7. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, stir in the shredded cheese until melted.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
