- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Soak the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in buttermilk, and coat with panko.
- Place shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice for the sauce.
- Serve shrimp with the bang bang sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can fry the shrimp instead of baking them.
- Adjust spiciness by modifying the amount of sriracha in the sauce.
