A rich and flavorful salmon dish that combines creamy sauce with the smokiness of turkey bacon, making it a perfect dinner option.

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the skillet, pour in the heavy cream and add sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  5. Add the salmon fillets back to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Crush the cooked turkey bacon and sprinkle on top before serving.
