- 4 salmon steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place each salmon steak on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Brush the olive oil mixture over the salmon.
- Add cherry tomatoes and lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Wrap the foil tightly to create a sealed packet.
- Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooked, carefully unwrap the foil and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- This recipe can also be made in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
