- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in the heavy cream, cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the shrimp mixture.
- Transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle grated parmesan on top before baking.
- Adjust the cream level according to your desired richness.
