- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 fillets salmon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp and set aside. In the same skillet, add salmon fillets and cook until done, about 4-5 minutes each side.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, add heavy cream, lemon juice, and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2-3 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in lemon juice and herbs before cooking.
- Serve over pasta or rice for a complete meal.
