Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then add to the skillet.
Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
